PAYMENT
Chestnut Cards accepts payments made via MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Discover and PayPal.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and will be billed in U.S. dollars according to credit card
companies policies.
All orders processed online are done using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your online order and protect your information. Chestnut Cards reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested information by fax or e-mail.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will be charged to all shipments made to a Georgia address.

Standard Delivery
Orders will typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification. Standard delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO or FPO addresses.
Second Day Air
Transit time is 2 business days after processing. Orders generally take 2 – 3 days to process unless otherwise stated.
Next Day Air
Transit time is 1 business day after processing. Orders generally take 2 – 3 days to process unless otherwise stated.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).
International Customers
We do not ship or bill orders internationally at this time.

Customers of Chestnut Cards are offered a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to request a refund, please e-mail Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order. Please be sure to note the order number and the nature of the problem. We will e-mail shipment instructions to you.
Please note the following important items:
- Only unopened, un-used items in re-saleable condition are accepted for return. All labels and seals must be intact. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be credited or refunded.
- Candy or food items are non-returnable.
- Please carefully pack the item, include a copy of the packing slip and return to us via the emailed instructions that you received.
- We will refund the items only upon receipt.
- If a refund is requested, the price of the item, plus the sales tax if applicable, will be credited.
- All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Shipments
All damaged shipments and/or packages that appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery with the carrier. Please contact Customer Service promptly in case of damaged or lost shipments.
